EVIDÊNCIAS DA AUTOEFICÁCIA MATERNA NA ASSISTÊNCIA E ACOMPANHAMENTO PRÉ-NATAL: SCOPING REVIEW

Objetivo: mapear evidências de autoeficácia materna obtidas por meio do Childbirth Selfefcacy Inventory durante a assistência e acompanhamento pré-natal. Métodos: revisão de escopo, com estratégia de busca usando os termos “Pregnancy”, “Self-efficacy”, “Prenatal care”, nas bases de dados Medline, Scopus, Pubmed, Web of Science, Lilacs, Cinahl e na biblioteca Scielo. Os critérios de elegibilidade foram: estudos primários, texto completo, nos diferentes idomas. Utilizou-se para a análise crítica dos delineamentos experimentais, revisões e qualitativas, os critérios do Critical Appraisal Skills Programme e os checklists do Joanna Briggs Institute. Compuseram a amostra final 14 artigos, por atender a questão e os objetivos da pesquisa. Resultados: Notou-se na literatura publicações sobre a temática de 2007 a 2020, e em relação as características metodológicas foram encontrados estudos descritivos, ensaios clínicos randomizados controlados e ensaios clínicos sem randomização. Considerações finais: As principais evidências mostram que a autoeficácia no parto é um conceito importante no que se refere a preparação para o trabalho de parto e parto, e é uma avaliação benéfica das crenças das mulheres grávidas em sua capacidade de conduzir o parto.
